The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or service agreement executed between you and Empulse Labs.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Empulse Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Work product created specifically for a client under a service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Payment and Refunds
Payment terms for services are set out in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. We will always discuss concerns before any billing dispute escalates.
